1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
2. What Your Price Includes
Inclusions are listed on each tour page and may cover accommodation, transport, activities, and meals as specified. Anything not explicitly mentioned as included is considered excluded.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 15 days before departure: 80% refund
8–15 days: 50% refund or Re-schedule
7 days or less / no-show: no refund
Refund timelines are subject to the payment gateway and issuing bank. Non-refundable components (e.g., special permits, peak season hotel rates) may be fully retained.
4. Changes by You
Date or name changes are subject to availability and any fare differences or supplier fees. We’ll do our best to help but can’t guarantee changes close to departure.
5. Changes by Us / Force Majeure
We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, government advisories, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer an equivalent alternative or credit where reasonable.
6. Health, Safety & Fitness
You are responsible for assessing your fitness for activities and for carrying personal medication. Please disclose medical conditions that may affect your participation.
7. Travel Documents
Valid ID, visas, permits, and other documents (if any) are your responsibility. Failure to provide required documents may result in denial of service without refund.
8. Liability
While we take utmost care, Flying Leader is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or expenses beyond our reasonable control (natural events, traffic, strikes, etc.).
9. Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, delay, and baggage.
10. Conduct
Guests must follow local laws, respect community norms, and comply with guide instructions. We may refuse service to anyone causing nuisance or safety risk.
11. Photos & Media
We may capture photos/videos during tours for marketing. If you prefer not to be photographed, inform the guide at the start of the tour.
12. Snowfall & Transport Clause:
Snowfall in Manali and nearby areas can occur at any time. In such situations, vehicle movement will be permitted only up to the point accessible and allowed by local authorities/police. If any guest wishes to proceed further or undertake adventure activities beyond the permitted route, the same can be done at their own risk and cost by hiring a 4x4 vehicle locally. The tour operator shall not be responsible for any restrictions, delays, or additional expenses arising due to weather or road conditions.
14. Privacy
We handle your data per our Privacy Policy and use it to process bookings and provide service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of our registered jurisdiction.
