Our policy for domestic tours booked on flyingleader.in: cancel at least 15 days before the travel date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days (or closer) are not eligible for a refund.

How to request a cancellation
  1. Email info@flyingleader.com from your booking email with the subject “Cancellation Request”.
  2. Include your Booking ID, traveller name, tour name, and travel date.
  3. If your request is eligible (≥ 15 days before travel), we’ll confirm and process the refund.

Refunds (where eligible) are initiated to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
